Terms and Conditions

1. On initial booking, a 40% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 60% is required  2 months prior to arrival. For bookings made within two months of arrival date 100% of the due amount is payable at the time of the booking. If a booking is cancelled the initial booking deposit will be forfeited as a condition of the booking.

2. In addition a security deposit of £200 (300 euros) is required on collecting the keys of the property. This is to cover any possibility of any damages/breakages and the possible excessive use of air conditioning and is returned to you once our agents have checked the property upon your departure and the keys returned.

3.All prices include the cost of electricity, gas, water, pool maintenance, towels (not beach towels), and bedding.

4. Pets are not allowed

5. The maximum capacity of each property must be respected. If you are uncertain as to the configuration please contact us to discuss. Moraira-Villa has a maximum capacity of 10 persons and that includes using a single put-u-up bed suitable for a small person or child.

6. Entry to the property is not allowed before 4pm ( 16:00hrs). Departure is by 10am (10:00hrs) on your last day so please ensure that you plan to meet this requirement.

7. It is essential and a condition of booking that all party members have personal travel insurance. we cannot be held responsible should any member of the party fail to arrange adequate travel and personal insurance.

8. You are responsible for maintaining the property in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. This includes the removal of rubbish and washing of dishes. Should any of the equipment or furnishings be lost or damaged you will be required to make immediate cash settlement. This will ensure that your security deposit is refunded to you.

9. There may be instances where either electricity or water is cut off in the local area. It is recognised that such action is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for this. However, should this situation arise please contact the local key holder.

10.Unlike many holiday villas we allow for the reasonable use of A/C included in the pricing , however the air conditioning is separately metered and any excessive use of the A/C will be charged to you. So please do not switch on the air conditioning forget about it. It will cost you a lot of money and make your holiday significantly more expensive. There is an allocation of 150 units/week which should be ample for normal usage such as comfortable bedrooms for sleeping in hot weather. Please check unit readings on arrival and monitor your usage.

11.All prices include all taxes including VAT.
